A truly unique piece featuring a .900 fine exterior gold ring surrounding a .9995 fine interior platinum core. The business strike example offered here boasts a small mintage of just 7,261, whereas over 27K proof examples were struck. PCGS population reports list less than 700 examples having been awarded the grade of MS70.
