1. Precious Metals Sales

a. Precious Metals Sales Order Adjustments

Sales orders on Precious Metals are final and cannot be adjusted after confirmation. Please choose Your products carefully and review all details before submitting Your order.

 b.  Precious Metals Sales Order Cancellations

  Cancellation Requests

Once a Sales Order confirmation has been issued, the price is locked-in and You are contractually bound to complete the transaction, or You will pay a Cancellation fee for breaching this contract. A Sales Order can be cancelled before the order is shipped, which is generally no more than 1 business day from the order date. Once a Sales Order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made by notifying our customer service by telephone at 1-844-667-2646.  If the Sales Order can be cancelled, You will be given a Sales Order Cancellation Number. No Sales order without a Cancellation Number issued will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation and Market Loss Fees

Cancellation of a Sales Order for any product listed under the "Gold," "Silver," "Platinum," and "Palladium" sections of the ONR Website (“Precious Metals”), as well as certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the "Rare Coins" section, including, but not limited to “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” will be subject to Cancellation fees and Market Loss fees. You will be charged a $50 Cancellation Fee and ONR will have no liability to You for the product(s) included in Your Sales Order. In addition, if the Fair Market Value of the Product(s) at the time of the cancelled Sales Order is less than the original sales price of the Product(s) as it appears on the cancelled Sales Order, as determined by ONR, then a Market Loss is said to occur and You will be liable to ONR for the total Market Loss. You must also pay, and have full responsibility and liability to, ONR for all fees and costs associated with ONR’s efforts to collect from You. You also agree to remit payment in good funds immediately upon ONR’s request for such payment. All pending Sales Orders will be held for shipment and no future orders by You will be permitted until all outstanding Cancellation and Market Loss fee balances have been paid in full.

Cancellation and Market Gains

If the Fair Market Value of the Product(s) at the time of the cancelled Sales Order is greater than the sales price of the Product(s) as it appears on the original Sales Order, as determined by ONR, then a Market Gain is said to occur and such gain will remain the sole property of ONR and ONR shall have no responsibility to You for the Market Gain. The cancellation fee will still apply in the event of a Market Gain.

c. Precious Metals Sales Order Returns

Return Requests

Once a Sales Order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A Sales Order can be returned, however, within 5 business days of delivery to You. All return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving Your Sales Order by notifying our customer service by telephone at 1-844-667-2646. If the Sales Order can be returned, You will receive written confirmation of the return, a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on how to return Your items. You must follow all instructions provided by customer service, including carefully packaging the product, and must ship Your return within 1 business day of receiving a return confirmation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume the risk of loss during the return shipment. ONR reserves the right to reject any return it receives in which our instructions have not been followed. No Sales order without a Return Authorization Number can be returned and ONR will refuse any return shipment received without a Return Authorization Number. After 5 days of receiving Your Sales Order no products can be returned. However, if the products are needed by ONR, ONR may offer to purchase them based on current market conditions, which may be the same, less than, or greater than the price You paid for it. 

Return Fees and Market Loss

Return of a Sales Order for any product listed under the "Gold," "Silver," "Platinum," and "Palladium" sections of the ONR Website (“Precious Metals”), as well as certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the "Rare Coins" section, including, but not limited to “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” may be subject to Restocking fees and Market Loss fees. You may, at ONR’s discretion, be charged a restocking fee equal to $50 or 10% of the original Sales Order, whichever is greater. In addition, if the Fair Market Value of the Product(s) at the time of the Returned Sales Order is less than the original sales price of the Product(s) as it appears on the original Sales Order, as determined by ONR, then a Market Loss is said to occur and You will be liable to ONR for the total Market Loss. You must also pay, and have full responsibility and liability to, ONR for all fees and costs associated with ONR’s efforts to collect from You. You also agree to remit payment in good funds immediately upon ONR’s request for such payment. All pending Sales Orders will be held for shipment and no future orders by You will be permitted until all outstanding Restocking and Market Loss fee balances have been paid in full. Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

Returns and Market Gains

If the Fair Market Value of the Product(s) at the time of the Returned Sales Order is greater than the sales price of the Product(s) as it appears on the original Sales Order, as determined by ONR, then a Market Gain is said to occur and such gain will remain the sole property of ONR and ONR shall have no responsibility to You for the Market Gain. The Restocking fee may still apply in the event of a Market Gain.

2. Rare Coins, Paper Money, and Coin Supplies Sales

a. Rare Coins, Paper Money, and Coin Supplies Sales Order Adjustments

A Rare Coin, Paper Money, or Coin Supply Sales Order may, at the sole discretion of ONR, be adjusted before the order is shipped, which is generally no more than 1 business day from the order date. Once a Sales Order has shipped, it cannot be adjusted. All adjustment requests must be made by notifying our customer service by telephone at 1-844-667-2646.  If the Sales Order can be adjusted, You will be given an updated Sales Order. Sales Orders for certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the “Rare Coins” section, including, but not limited to, “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” cannot be adjusted. Please choose Your products carefully and review all details before submitting Your order.

b. Rare Coins, Paper Money, and Coin Supplies Sales Order Cancellations

Most Rare Coin and all Paper Money and Coin Supply Sales Orders can be cancelled without incurring a fee before the order is shipped, which is generally no more than 1 business day from the order date. Once a Sales Order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. No Sales Order without a Cancellation Number issued will be considered cancelled. Sales Orders for certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the “Rare Coins” section, including, but not limited to, “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” will be subject to Cancellation fees and Market Loss fees, described below.

For certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the "Rare Coins" section, including, but not limited to “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” the cancellation fee will still apply in the event of a Market Gain.

c. Rare Coins, Paper Money, and Coin Supplies Sales Order Returns

After 15 days of receiving Your Sales Order, no products can be returned. However, if the products are needed by ONR, ONR may offer to purchase them based on current market conditions, which may be the same, less than, or greater than the price You paid for it. 

Return and Market Loss Fees

Most Rare Coin and Paper Money products can be returned within the allowed time-frame without incurring any fees. However, return of a Sales Order for certain Precious Metals-related products listed under the "Rare Coins" section, including, but not limited to “Pre-1933 Gold Coins,” may be subject to Restocking fees and Market Loss fees. You may, at ONR’s discretion, be charged a restocking fee equal to $50 or 10% of the original Sales Order, whichever is greater. In addition, if the Fair Market Value of the Product(s) at the time of the Returned Sales Order is less than the original sales price of the Product(s) as it appears on the original Sales Order, as determined by ONR, then a Market Loss is said to occur and You will be liable to ONR for the total Market Loss. You also agree to remit payment in good funds immediately upon ONR’s request for such payment. Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

Returns and Market Gains

3.  Sales Order Exchanges

We are deeply committed to Your satisfaction and work hard to provide You with quality products that are free of defects. We may, but are not obligated to do so, provide You with an opportunity to exchange Your product for an identical product in the event of certain material defects. Unique items for which our available quantity was only 1 at the time of Your purchase, cannot, understandably, be exchanged. All exchange requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving Your product by notifying our customer service by telephone at 1-844-667-2646. If the exchange request is approved, You will receive written confirmation of the exchange, an Exchange Authorization Number, and instructions on how to exchange Your items. You must follow all instructions provided by customer service, including carefully packaging the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume the risk of loss during the return shipment as part of the exchange. ONR reserves the right to reject any exchange for any reason and to require You to pay for any Market Loss on approved exchanges. Any Market Gain on refunds will remain the sole property of ONR.

4. Condition of Returned and Exchanged Items

All products submitted for return or exchange must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to You. Certified coins and paper money must be in the original certification holder and free of damage or new contact marks or scratches on the holder. Uncertified coins and paper money must be housed in the original sealed ONR holder/package. All coin supplies and accessories must be in completely new, undamaged, and unopened condition. Any product that does not meet these requirements will be ineligible for return or exchange. If ONR receives any product from You for return or exchange that it believes is not in the same condition as when it was sent to You, ONR will refuse the product, ship it back to You, and refuse to issue a refund or provide an exchange.
