1878 3cN PCGS PR64 green CAC sticker. Frosted design elements contrast nicely against mirrored fields, falling just shy of a cameo designation. We believe the obverse of this three cent nickel is full on gem, with only a reverse mark precluding it from being graded as such. An excellent candidate for an 1878 proof set, or a date set of proof three cent nickels.
