1909 5c PCGS PR67+. A beautiful proof V nickel with a small mintage of less than 5,000 pieces. At the time of this writing, PCGS has certified just 23 examples in this lofty grade, with just 7 finer. Surfaces are mostly white with touches of gold toning. Razor sharp strike, with nicely mirrored fields. An excellent candidate for a 1909 proof set, or date set of proof liberty nickels.
